OneCoach is built for people who train here. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Your logs stay yours
You decide what to log. App data stays with your account until you delete it or write us. It is not sold.
No model training on your data
Your training data personalises coaching inside OneCoach. It is not used to train AI models. It is not sold. Processors who run the app are listed in the privacy policy.
No ads, ever
Your session is not a slot. We do not run ads in the app or sell attention around your lifts.
Voice that does not hang around
In-session voice is transcribed, cleaned, and sent to the coach. Audio is not stored.

How we work
Security is how a coach earns trust.
A plan is only useful if you can tell it the truth: the injury, the missed session, what you ate. We protect that so you can train honestly. The legal detail lives in our privacy policy. How the model uses context lives on How we use AI.
Questions we get asked
What does OneCoach treat as your data?
On the site: pages you visit, the device you use, and, only if you accept cookies, anonymous analytics. In the app: the training, nutrition, and recovery data you choose to log, plus the account you sign in with. Enquiry emails keep your name, email, and message so we can reply.
How do you keep it private?
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, keep access tight, and do not sell it. Analytics cookies load only after you tap Accept. Choose Essential only and we do not measure visits.
Do you train models on what I log?
No. Your training data personalises coaching inside OneCoach. It is not used to train AI models and it is not sold. Contracted processors (including AI inference) only see what they need to run a request. How the coach uses context is set out on How we use AI.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. App data stays with your account until you delete it or ask us to. Write hello@getonecoach.app. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Is OneCoach a medical product?
No. OneCoach AI does not provide medical advice, diagnose injuries, or replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian. If you are in pain or have a condition that affects training, speak to a qualified clinician first.
